Race conditions amended to allow 6 year olds to run due to loss of International and Avon Vale
The loss of the International at Cocklebarrow and Avon vale at Larkhill meant that the two flat races programmed in December were lost. This has meant that several 5 year olds which were meant to run then are now unable to run as there is no time available to add a flat race in meetings still to run in 2022. Under these circumstances, on request from PPA, both the RA at Larkhill and the South Wold at Revesby Park, both running on 21st January, have agreed to allow 6 year olds to run in their flat races for 2023 only.
