Since 1770 Weatherbys have handled the Stakesbook, recording and processing prize money and fees on behalf of racing. They have also maintained The General Stud Book, the first and only verified record which can trace any Thoroughbred back to find their first ancestors.
Under contract from the BHA Weatherbys provide the vital administrative work that powers British racing as well as providing commercial services to support the growth and success of racing in the UK.
Weatherbys Equine Services Department team is responsible for registering point-to-point Hunter Certificates, ensuring horses running in point-to-point are qualified and eligible. They are also the point of contact for Vaccination App questions.
