Entry fees refunds
In light of the decision taken to end the current Point-to-Point season, refunds for entry fees made for the coming meetings that were due to run this weekend (21st and 22nd March) and for the recently postponed Flint and Denbigh meeting, have been completed.
If payment at entry stage was made by card, the refund will go back onto the card that was used to make the initial entry. The refund is made per meeting, and so even if you entered multiple meetings at once the money is returned in relation to the cost of the entry fees per meeting and so may come back to you in multiple payments. This will take 3-5 working days to show up in the account.
For anyone who used a Weatherbys account to pay for entries, these accounts are normally debited via a manual process by the Point to Point Racing Company later on in the week, following close of entries. For the meetings that have just closed, the accounts will not be charged and so you will not see either the debit or credit of the money on your next statement.
