After the losses of Eyton-On-Severn and Trebudannon, two additional Young Horse Maidens have been arranged for the fixtures at Thorpe Lodge on Easter Monday -1st April – and Chilfrome on Saturday 30th March.
SOUTH NOTTS @ THORPE LODGE
A 4 & 5 year old Maiden has now transferred to this meeting, and it becomes the SECOND race on the card. The first race remains at 1.30.
All subsequent race timings move back accordingly.
RACE 2 – Four and Five Year Olds Maiden
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: For horses aged four or five years only which have a current registered Hunters Certificate issued by any recognised pack of hounds in Great Britain, and which at starting have not run in any race under rules of any Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted); to be run over approximately two-and-a-half miles.
WEIGHTS: 12st for 5-y-o Horses and Geldings; 11st7lb for 5-y-o Mares; 11st 4lb for 4-y-o Horses and Geldings; 10st11lb for 4-y-o Mares.
SF to be confirmed.
Race times as follows:
Race 1 – Veteran Conditions Level 2 – 1.30pm
Race 2 – Four and Five Year Olds Maiden – 2.05pm
Race 3 – Intermediate – 2.40pm
Race 4 – Mixed Open – 3.15pm
Race 5 – Conditions Level 3 – 3.50pm
Race 6 – Maiden (NWFAA) – 4.25pm

A 4 & 5 year old Maiden has now transferred to this meeting, and it becomes the SIXTH race on the card, with a start time of 4.30. All other race times remain the same.
RACE 6 – Four and Five Year Olds Maiden
CONDITIONS: For horses aged four or five years only which have a current registered Hunters Certificate issued by any recognised pack of hounds in Great Britain, and which at starting have not won any race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (other than a private match or sweepstake); to be run over approximately two miles five furlongs.
Race 1 – Conditions Level 2 – 2.00pm
Race 2 – Restricted – 2.30pm
Race 3 – Maiden Conditions – 3.00pm
Race 4 – Mixed Open – 3.30pm
Race 5 – Open Maiden, 2m 5f- 4.00pm
