Please be aware that the Members race from the Pytchley with Woodland meeting, due to have run on the 30th March at Dingley, but subsequently abandoned, has now transferred to the Fernie at Dingley.
The conditions are:
The Dingley Hunts HUNT MEMBERS, SUBSCRIBERS & FARMERS Race
SPECIAL CONDITIONS For horses which have a current Hunter Certificate, which need not be registered, issued by the Pytchley with Woodland, Fernie, or Fitzwilliam (Milton) Hunts only and are owned by, or syndicate leader is, a Member, Subscriber or Farmer of said Hunts.
RIDER CONDITIONS The Master(s), Members, subscribers and farmers, or their respective spouses or children, of the Pytchley with Woodland, Fernie, or Fitzwilliam (Milton) Hunts, or a rider that has paid a one day cap of £50 to Pytchley with Woodland, Fernie, or Fitzwilliam (Milton) Hunts.
PENALTIES For each win on or since 1st October 2021 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) or in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point in this period to carry 5lb extra. Maximum penalty to be carried is 10lb.’Penalties are cumulative.
It will become the FIRST race on the card and due off at 1.25 pm.
The race times of the remainder of the card remain unchanged; They are;
Race 1 – Members – 1.25 pm – NEW
Race 2 – Maiden, 2m4f – 2.00 pm
Race 3 – Conditions (L2), for Novice Riders – 2.35 pm
Race 4 – Mixed Open, 4m – 3.10 pm
Race 5 – Restricted – 3.45 pm
Race 6 – JC/RoR Veteran Horses – 4.20 pm
Race 7 – Maiden (NWFAA) – 4.55 PM
Please also note that the Veterans race on that card has now become a Jockey Club/RoR sponsored Veterans race, and replaces the original Veterans race originally scheduled; the conditions are;
The Jockey Club and Retraining of Racehorses Veteran Horse CONDITIONS Race (Level 2)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS For horses aged ten years and over which on or since 1st October 2022 have not won any race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Hunter Chases and Point-to-Points excepted).
PENALTIES For each win on or since 1st October 2022 in a Hunter Chase to carry 7lb extra; for each win in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point in this period to carry 5lb extra; and for each win in a Conditions race at the same Level or higher (to include Confined, Club Association, Service or Society Point-to-Point races) in this period to carry 3lb extra. Maximum penalty to be carried is 10lb. Penalties are cumulative
