Mainly flat course, uphill from 100 yards before 2nd (10/18th) to finish; long run (about a third of a mile) between 7(15)th and 8(16)th; fences are a mixture of permanent and metal framed portables; rail on landing side of 2nd (10/18)th to deflect loose horses has been extended to give additional protection.
