Course Information

The course itself is totally flat and oval, bordered on two sides by the River Severn. There are seven metal fences, all well-built, making the course generally popular with owners and trainers. Watering is available to ensure optimal conditions.

This year, the course will run right handed with SF: 12/16/18.
3 mile race, there are 7 fences and 18 jumps, including 1 Open Ditch that is jumped twice (fences 7 and 14).
The 2 mile 5 furlong race also has 7 fences and 16 jumps, with an Open Ditch jumped twice (fences 5 and 12).
2 mile Flat Race for those interested.

Card payment is accepted at the gate and the main bar. Please be aware that not all Tradestands will have card facilities. Bookies will be cash only.

Dogs Welcome

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. Please make sure that you clear up after your dog.

Accessibility

Designated disabled parking area and disabled toilets available.

Photographers

There will be a resident photographer on course during the day. If you wish to purchase professional photos, please check for details in the race card.

Food and Drink

Extensive food and drink facilities on site for hot and cold snacks, teas, coffees, and alcoholic beverages

Entertainment

There will be an activity area for children with a variety of attractions. Once racing has finished, there will be a disco in the bar area.

Local Area

There are many local hotels available in the city of Gloucester (5 miles away) from budget to four-star. Please check on Google for details. For those of you wishing for a meal before heading off home, there is a local pub at Maisemore – The White Hart – which serves Nepalese Cuisine.

General Ticket Information

£16.00 Early Bird for all online sales up to Saturday 28th March. Tickets are £20.00 per person on the day. Children under sixteen are free.

Owner Experience

For visiting owners and their associates, there will be a designated area to meet, chat and relax. Please note that access to this area will be strictly monitored and will only be granted on production of the allocated wristbands.
