Facilities

Dogs Welcome

Point-to-points provide an ideal opportunity to spend a day in the countryside with your dog, although please remember that dogs must always be on a lead, should not be left in cars unattended (particularly in warmer weather) and that you must clean up after them.

Accessibility

Disabled parking and access to facilities is usually available. Please advise our gate staff on arrival and they will be able to help you. Note that the going underfoot can be muddy and the terrain may be uneven.

Local Area

For visitors wanting to stay overnight locally, we recommend The Queens Arms at East Garston.

Card Accepted

Many of the shopping outlets will take card payments, but be sure to take enough cash to cover the cost of admission and a racecard, any bets you wish to place, and food and drink.

Food and Drink

The OBH will be running their ever popular Farmers Bar and there is a food and drink paddock with a huge variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks – something for everyone!

Shopping

There will be an eclectic mix of Trade Stands, both old favourites and some exciting new attendees.

Entertainment

From 11.30am there is a Have-A-Go Dog Show.

There will be pony racing between the second and third point-to-point races.

Terrier Racing will take place at intervals throughout the afternoon.

At 11.45am, there will be a parade of the OBH Hounds in the Paddock, where children are given the chance to mingle with the dogs.

There will also be a children’s funfair.

Photographers

We are delighted to welcome Olivia Pile as our Official Photographer.
