From 1st January to 15th September 2025, our channels have seen:
Followers: 24,024
Views: 4,055,935
Engagements: 68,834
Unique users: 1,041,366
But what do these numbers actually mean?
Followers: the people who have chosen to subscribe to our channels and see our content regularly. This shows the size of our core online community.
Views: the total number of times our videos and posts have been watched. With over 4 million views this year so far, it’s clear our content is being noticed and enjoyed widely.
Engagements: the likes, comments, shares and clicks our posts receive. Engagement shows that people aren’t just seeing the content, but actively interacting with it.
Unique users: the number of individual people who have seen our content. Breaking the 1 million mark proves Point-to-Pointing is reaching far beyond its traditional audience.
This growth highlights just how far the sport has come in building its digital presence and engaging with a wider audience. Compared with the whole 12 months of 2024 when we saw 19,765 followers, 854,500 views, 25,067 engagements, and 275,600 unique users. This leap forward is extraordinary.
It’s fantastic to see so many people tuning into Point-to-Point content online. By expanding our reach and producing engaging stories, videos and updates, we are not only showcasing the sport to its loyal supporters but also reaching new audiences who may never have experienced Point-to-Pointing before.
With 368,000 racegoers attending last season, 958 owners, 298 jockeys, and 512 trainers active in the sport, these figures demonstrate the exciting opportunity digital growth brings. By drawing in fresh audiences online, we hope to inspire future participants, whether as jockeys, owners or trainers and encourage more people to enjoy a day at the races.
The continued rise of our social media presence shows the appetite for Point-to-Pointing content is stronger than ever. We can’t wait to keep building on this momentum and welcome even more fans to the sport both online and trackside!
As the Point-to-Point Authority, we are especially excited to see this growth accelerate even further with the launch of our new website in October 2025, which will provide an even stronger platform to showcase the sport and connect with fans both existing and new.
