In regards to all upcoming hunter chases, unlicensed trainers will not have access to the Weatherbys Vaccination app. These trainers must instead submit a valid historical vaccination record for approval, in advance of making an entry.
Failure to submit vaccination records in advance will result in the horse not being able to race. The deadline for submission is 12 noon on the day of entry, but the BHA would encourage all trainers to submit records well in advance.
The following should be submitted: a photo of the passport cover, a photo of the ID/markings page, and photo(s) of all pages which include vaccinations for Equine Influenza. The photos should be in focus, so that all writing is legible.

Licensed trainers should continue to use the Weatherbys Vaccination app for hunter chasers.
