Please be aware that the Owner/Trainer Conditions race at Cherrybrook, Spoooners & West Dartmoor, race 3 on the card, has been altered to a LEVEL 3 CONDITIONS race, from a Level 2 Conditions race.
The full race conditions now are;
The Owner-Trainer CONDITIONS Race (Level 3)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS . Horses are to be owned and trained within immediate family members only, who have: Either no more than a total of five horses registered for current season up to time of entry, of which only one may be trained for someone outside of the immediate family.
Or no more than a total of two horses registered for current season up to time of entry, which may be partnerships or syndicated providing the Owner-trainer is the lead name.
Horses with keepers who are a licensed Trainer or have a Permit to train or have a licensed Trainer or Permit holder within their immediate family are not eligible for this race. Immediate family are only considered to be: Grandparents (Grandmother or Grandfather), Parent (Mother or Father), Child (Son or Daughter), Sibling (Brother or Sister) or spouse (Husband, Wife, Civil Partner of Co-Habitant by reason of a personal relationship). These conditions will be based on Keepers named on the first registered Hunter Certificate, unless the horse has been genuinely sold and dispensation sought.
PENALTIES For each win on or since 1st October 2021 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) to carry 7lb extra; for each win in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point in this period to carry 5lb extra, and for each win in a Conditions race at the same Level or higher (to include Confined, Club Association, Service or Society Point-to-Point races) in this period to carry 3lb extra. Maximum penalty to be carried is 10lb. Penalties are cumulative.
