Alteration to the Ten-year-olds and over Conditions race
Please be aware that the ten-year-olds and over Revesby Conditions race (race 6, page 169 of the Planner) on Sunday 19th January, has now been changed to the Jockey Club & Retraining of Racehorses Veteran Horse Conditions race.
All conditions and penalties remain the same as stated in the Planner:
For horses aged ten years or over only which on or since 1st October 2019 have not won any race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted)
PENALTIES For each win on or since 1st October 2018 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) 7lb extra; for each win in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point in this period 5lb extra, and for each win in a Condtiions, Club or Confined race in this period 3lb extra. Maximum penalty to be carried is 10lb.
Prize money – 1st £275, 2nd £175, 3rd £100 4th £50
The first four horses past the post will be eligible for the £1000 Jockey Club & Retraining of Racehorses Veteran Horse Series Final at the Melton Hunt Club Point-to-Point at Garthorpe on Sunday 10th May, provided that they are eligible as per page 41 of the Planner. The Final is exempt from the regulation allowing only three Conditions’ race wins
