All are reminded that declarations and ticket applications for this weekend’s point-to-point fixture (3 January) at Larkhill will close at noon Thursday, December 31. No further declarations or applications for tickets will be accepted after this point.

Declarations
The 48-hour declaration form that you need to submit can be found here. This form needs to be sent in via email before the deadline to Declarations@pointtopointracingcompany.co.uk
You should receive a confirmatory e-mail by return. Please check your spam/junk and security email folders if email not received before calling the Point-to-Point Racing Company.
You must also bring a paper copy of this form on the day to confirm your arrival on course, with handwritten amendments if any, and hand to decs team at least 60 minutes prior to the race.
This will be the procedure until further notice.
Ticketing
All attendees are required to have registered for an e-ticket in advance of the deadline, including riders, trainers, owners/spectators (if applicable) and officials/staff working on the day.
No late requests will be accepted for tickets after the deadline has passed.

If booking multiple tickets, please ensure that at the basket stage the lead booker’s details are entered at the top (Your Details – Step 2) and repeated in the first contact details section below for the Covid-19 track and trace, followed by name/contact details for all other attendees.
