It is with great sadness that we have to report that David Sunderland died last night.
David (pictured left above) was based in the South Midlands Area, and having ridden when younger, had valeted at countless point to point meetings over the years including a very successful meeting at Barbury yesterday.
Helpful and kind where necessary, he could also provide stringent advice on occasion, and will be missed by both jockeys and officials alike.
