New Hunter Chase entry requirement…
This coming Hunter Chase season there is a requirement for a Trainer/Keeper to use the Vaccination App when updating the vaccination records for their horses.
Please note that the Vaccination Code in the BHA Rules Of Racing states that;
`An entry for a race, or a confirmation of entry in respect of early closers, will not be accepted for any horse unless it has a correct vaccination record on the Vaccination App.’
For horses to run in Hunter Chases, their vaccinations must be uploaded on to the Vaccination App by Noon on the day of entry.
For any horse with a previously approved record already on the Vaccination App, all subsequent vaccinations uploaded by a Trainer/Keeper need to be verified by your yard vet, and this vet verification must also be done by Noon on the day of entry.
It is your responsibility to check that your vet has verified the vaccinations for your horse prior to entry.
