GB Pointing is proud to continue its partnership with Tattersalls Cheltenham, recognising their support of both our Young Horse Maiden Series and the prestigious Tattersalls Cheltenham Men’s Champion Jockey Award.

The Young Horse Maiden Series

As race series sponsor, Tattersalls Cheltenham holds naming rights to seven of the 15 Young Horse Maiden Races during the 2025/26 season:

• 7 December – Chaddesley Corbett

• 11 January – Sheriff Hutton

• 1 February – Garthorpe

• 15 February – Buckfastleigh

• 1 March – Charm Park

• 8 March – Charlton Horethorne

• 12 April – Edgcote

All winners of the Tattersalls Cheltenham Young Horse Maiden races automatically qualify for the GB Pointing Bonus Scheme, further strengthening the link between grassroots point-to-pointing and the wider bloodstock industry.

A full 15-race series is guaranteed each season, with contingency measures ensuring that any cancelled fixture is reallocated elsewhere.

In addition to the Young Horse Maiden Series, Tattersalls Cheltenham is the title sponsor of the Tattersalls Cheltenham Men’s Champion Jockey Award, celebrating the talent and dedication of riders competing at the very top of our sport.
